Workshops

Dear members,

I hope everyone has had good stick cutting season we have two upcoming workshops.

The first is in Tom Kavanagh Clonsast, Rathangan, Co Kildare, R51 X298 on Saturday 28th February at 11a.m. to 3p.m. this is a general workshop covering all aspects of stick making. We are hoping  members will have some sticks to display and maybe some projects they may have in progress.

The  second is in the Carpentry Store, Unit D4, Newhall, M7 Business Park, Co Kildare WPI XH68 on Saturday 14th March at 10a.m. to 2p.m.

The workshop is aimed at people who might be interested in getting in to stick making and furthering their knowledge of the craft. We will have shanks and handles available for people to have a go on the day . We would be grateful to any member who could lend a hand on the day to guid people.

The Carpentry Store has been very helpful  in bringing new people into the club and we are grateful for their supportr
